with two updates from Sean Cody, Gef has got me doing one review while he does the other.
Now Gef had to drag me kicking and screaming away from the iPad announcement. Now there’s even more ways to watch Sean Cody!!! Apple didn’t mention that, though.

This time, I watched the video before making a judgement about the guy. I already decided that SC’s still photog likes to make them look like twinky-boos with abs (see the above shot).
What I saw in the first part of the vid was an “old school SC” guy, a fairly wild jockboy — hot! In the second part: same guy, if you can ignore laughing (or being turned off) at what they did to his hair.
Nick, tell Gef that there ARE straight fashion designers, but this is the first time I have ever heard Calvin K described as one of them. He certainly did not seem straight while standing right next to me in a NY gay disco in 19XX, cruising for boys like “Kyle”.

Nick — I cant speak for Oz, but Calvin made the male bulge in white underwear a Times Square billboard item, and had a lot to do with all men wearing hotter looking underwear than before, as underwear became fashion here.
The story one hears is that during the height of the AIDS scare, CK took voice lessons to get rid of his gayish voice, as financial backers were shunning gay designers, who might die on them. No one ever wrote a book about the high class of the garment biz.

One would hope that we who are attracted to guys should know that the only thing that separates us from other guys is just that – we like to fuck guys instead of girls (hey, I like to fuck both guys and girls, but that’s just me). I know feminine straight guys and masculine gay guys …
I also have some problems with the designer comment in the review, but I hope it’s a tongue in cheek comment.
