Well just the other week as I logged into the site I recieved the following comment from Sebastien who I had reviewed back at the start of this site.

Well after some gentle to and fro Sebastien kindly agreed to an interview to share his experience and thoughts about being a straight male on a gay porn site…
Sebastien, now 22 was first featured @ Sean Cody in 2006 when he was 20.
Sebastien, a straight male was initially introduced to Sean Cody via two gay friends that suggested he should send in his pics…
I have two gay friends, and I’m not gay but I don’t have any problems with that I’m fully open to anything. I’m open minded I go out to gay bars, it doesn’t matter - I don’t care about sexual orientations.
Then my friends said that I should probably send my pics to the site <Sean Cody>. I had no idea who Sean Cody was so they showed me and I was like wow. I eventually sent them, I took pictures with my girlfriend at the time, a couple of pictures and a face shot. I sent them in and they got back to me within a week asking for just a solo job. I thought about it for a few days and I called them back. I don’t regret it or anything, I was young.
When asked if his friends had been on Sean cody…
Oh no they had just been fans of the site. They were members and did not have anything to do with the site.
How long does a shoot take?
Oh Jeese, Well actually the first solo shoot it took two days. The first day was they did stills, pictures. The second day that was when they did the masturbating, I masturbated in different positions. It took kinda long, it was tough from the beginning.

This was really great to read. Thanks Gef! I’ve always been absolutely fascinated by what goes on behind the scenes / apart from what we see. I hope that you get more opportunities for this type of thing! Also, I’ve always wondered about the names the guys get on the site. Assuming that Sean Cody doesn’t use the models real names, do they get any input or how do the names come about? Or perhaps some choose to use a stage name and some don’t? Sebastien, thank you for shedding some light on what goes on behind the cameras. I’m friends with a few of the guys on the site. Some don’t mind it, but it doesn’t mean they have become gay. Others have had huge change of hearts and it was a case of inexperience. Once you are there and you’ve done it, then you have to deal with your thoughts and no one can help you there. Thanks for a really insightful interview. The exchange about Boyd’s family finding out about him being on the site and “someone out of work” was a bit confusing. Could either of you clear that up? Otherwise, very informative and much appreciated.

Interesting interview. I had wondered what happened to Sebastien. He had the nicest ass ever on SC. (It’s a shame it’s wasted on women!)
